o555 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "o555" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to o555 and its associated operating entities, including the internationally licensed entity that holds the gaming licence under which o555 operates.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account with o555 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered player account created on o555, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, casino, live dealer, instant-win, and ancillary services provided through the o555 platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, slot games, live casino, Plinko, and Gates of Olympus.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to a player account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited directly by the player via an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before it or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by o555 in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan, used as the base currency for all o555 accounts.

By accessing o555, creating an Account, making a deposit, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and o555 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

To register and maintain an Account with o555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.

• You must not be subject to self-exclusion from o555 or be on any third-party exclusion registry that o555 is legally or contractually obliged to observe.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on o555. Duplicate accounts will be identified through technical and manual review processes. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, o555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and, following investigation, determine the treatment of any balances held across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your o555 Account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent through your Account. o555 will treat all instructions received from your Account as having been authorised by you.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. o555 will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email, or telephone.

• You must notify o555 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• You are responsible for ensuring your contact details, including email address and mobile number, are kept current within your Account settings.
• o555 may require re-verification of your identity if there are indicators of Account compromise or unusual activity patterns.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. o555's dormant account policy, including any applicable maintenance fees, will be communicated to you at the contact details registered on your Account prior to any deduction being made.

All financial transactions on o555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly within the deposit section of your Account dashboard. o555 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which o555 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. o555 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe specified in the withdrawal section of the Account dashboard. Processing times may vary by payment method and are subject to third-party provider availability.

o555 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities or funds borrowed for the purpose of gambling. Players are encouraged to deposit only funds they can afford to lose as part of recreational gaming activity.

o555 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, and who meet any additional eligibility criteria stated in the promotion.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per shared IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on o555 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture pending investigation, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by o555.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any player who identifies an error must report it to o555 support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Facilitating access to the Platform for individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, including persons under 21 years of age.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any o555 software or game content.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location or identity.

All content on the o555 Platform — including but not limited to the o555 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of o555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any o555 content without express prior written authorisation from o555.

o555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing account use — including name, date of birth, address, payment details, and gaming activity — is processed for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and service improvement. o555 does not sell personal data to third parties.

• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from o555. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the duration of the elected exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, o555 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

o555's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that player into their o555 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. o555 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.

In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, bonus, or Account matter, you must follow the procedure set out below. o555 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and promptly.

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to the o555 support team via live chat or by email to [email protected] (plain text, not a link). Provide your Account username, the date and nature of the dispute, and any relevant transaction or game round references.
• Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate it in writing to the o555 formal complaints team. o555 will acknowledge escalated complaints within 5 business days and provide a final written response within 28 days of acknowledgement.
• Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If you remain dissatisfied following o555's final response, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body or complaints mechanism associated with o555's international gaming licence, as specified in the final response letter.

Players must not initiate chargeback procedures with their payment provider without first exhausting the dispute resolution process above. Initiating an unjustified chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

o555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via the registered email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect, except where immediate amendments are required by law or a regulatory directive, in which case changes take effect immediately.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at o555.bet/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which o555 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by o555 of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach.
